Pricing/Payment:

$100 for a 5 gallon bucket.  Each bucket will have a mix of foliage/filler, accent and focal flowers. Buckets will be farmer’s choice, a fresh selection what’s available seasonally in a beautiful color pallet.

If you’d like to customize your bucket with specific colors and/or varieties, there will be an additional $25 charge, payable via Venmo or online invoice

An additional $5 per bucket deposit, refunded to you when your buckets are returned. (You also have the option to use your own - clean - buckets, to transfer your flowers into.) I will fill with floral food and fresh water for transport.  Clean buckets are important for best flower vase life.

ESTIMATE STEM NEEDS

Each bucket contains 70+ seasonal stems, including approximately 1/3 focal flowers, 1/3 accent flowers and 1/3 foliage.

I can also sell individual focal flowers by the stem ($2-5/stem).

One bucket fills around 5-7 wide mouth quart mason jars. Wedding bouquets can be anywhere from 30-60 stems. While attendant bouquets can be anywhere from 20-40. If you are designing bridal or bridesmaid bouquets, you may only get 2-3 bouquets per bucket, depending on the size of your bouquets. 

It’s not quite straightforward because it depends on how big your vases are, what size you make your bouquets, and your personal arranging style.

You’ll be responsible to figure out the number of buckets and stems that you’ll need. Each bucket will have about 70 stems. I would suggest adding 10-20% extra to account for broken stems, flowers you cut too short or other mistakes you might make when arranging.

BUCKET PICK-UP/DELIVERY & FLOWER LIFE

Delivery is available for $10-20 depending on your location.

Pick ups are by appointment at the farm. Flowers will be fresh, hydrated and ready to work with. Flowers should look great for up to three days, or up to a week with proper care. I recommend picking up your flowers as close to the time you want to arrange them as you can. When you get your flowers to their location, it is helpful to add a few more inches of cold, fresh water. 

Storing your flower buckets/arrangements in a cool and shaded place will extend their life. In heat and direct sun the flowers will open and wilt faster. A cool garage or basement or a room with A/C are ideal spots to store your flowers.   Do store them away from fruit and pets.  Boutonnieres / corsages can be stored in a refrigerator.

It won’t work for your flowers to go in a trunk or in the open bed of a pick-up truck. Any vehicle that you put them in should be air-conditioned. You can usually fit 3 – 5 buckets in the back seat of a sedan, and many more in a SUV. Bring a tarp if you’re worried about splashing water!
